Hi guys, do you mind sharing your experience with dual and back and other exercises. Also have you benefited from them in any way whatsoever?

Thanks for asking the question - here’s my feedback on Dual N-back.
I believe that I have weak working memory and have read that the Dual N-back exercise was used in several neurological studies where participants meaningfully increased their working memory by doing Dual N-back everyday for 20 days, 15 minutes per day.
So far my score has improved but I find it to be such a difficult exercise. I’m waiting for something to ‘click’ in my brain and be able to succeed at level 4 and maybe even level 5 although I have never gotten past level 4.
I don’t know if I’m getting any near or far transfer to say that it has improved my working memory in other areas of life.
It’s also tough for me to judge the affect of Dual N-back alone because I have just started using a CPAP machine for apnea and have a newborn baby at home both of which are affecting my sleep which will affect my working memory.
What are others’ experiences?
