No sound in NBack

Issue:
No sound on Dual NBack using Chrome and Safari on iPhone 12 (iOS 17.5.1). The problem started today, but it was working fine yesterday. Browser sound for other apps, like Youtube or even PASSAT in brainscale, is functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  • Restarted the iPhone (no effect).
  • Confirmed that sound works in other browser applications.

Question:
Is this issue solvable on the client side, or does it require a server-side fix?

Can you please try to refresh the page. Another option is to clear the website’s cache and files and reload the page.

Do sounds work in the incognito mode?

Also, isn’t your device in silent mode? It also can be the reason.
