Option to restart from a lower preset level each day

Just wanted to share my idea.

Currently, the level you start at is the same level you last achieved. However, I usually want to warm up to that level each day. My idea is to allow the user to select a default level that they would like to start at each time they enter the web application or each day.

e.g. Brain n-back. I start from level 2 and get to level 4. Next day, I am reset to level 2 or 3 so I can work back to level 4. Currently, I’m set to level 4 and struggle, but it is better to start back at level 2 as I can warm up to level 4.

Hello hhsuey, welcome to the forum!

I also prefer to warm up from the Level 2. You can simply select the level on the top of the exercise manually. Where it says N-Back: 4. Select 2 from drop-down menu and that’s it.
